Overview
Step into a mission-critical Scrum Master role where you'll help teams deliver complex, customer-impacting technology in a regulated environment. As a Scrum Master 3 (Contingent) you'll drive delivery readiness, execution discipline, and release coordination end-to-end-facilitating high-performing teams, proactively surfacing risks, and strengthening predictability and quality with every sprint and release.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of Scrum or Agile experience (or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work/consulting experience, training, military experience, or education)
• Proven experience supporting Agile delivery within complex, cross-functional environments
• Strong facilitation capability for Agile ceremonies, including:
  
  
  
  • Sprint Planning
  • Daily Standups
  • Reviews
  • Retrospectives
  
  
  
  
• Experience managing delivery commitments, including creditable sprint and release planning
• Hands-on proficiency with Jira and Confluence, including backlog management, dashboards, delivery metrics, and reporting
• Experience coordinating end-to-end delivery and release readiness, including testing, validation, approvals, and deployment planning
• Ability to manage risks, dependencies, and impediments, escalating early to prevent late delivery failures
• Sound understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements, with a focus on embedding governance into day-to-day delivery

Nice to Have Skills

• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent)
• Experience owning delivery forecasts and release plans, not only facilitating ceremonies
• Strong understanding of SDLC and release management practices
• Experience delivering in banking or financial services
• Familiarity with regulated or risk-sensitive environments
• Demonstrated strength in problem-solving, conflict resolution, and decision-making
• Ability to operate effectively amid ambiguity, competing priorities, and delivery pressure

Preferred Education and Experience

• Preferred experience: 5+ years supporting Scrum Master, Agile Delivery Lead, or Tech Program Manager responsibilities
• Preferred background: Experience demonstrated through one or more of work experience, training, military experience, or education (exact degree details not specified)

Other Requirements

• Partner with client personnel and stakeholders to ensure work is ready to deliver and release execution is coordinated end-to-end
• Provide release support coverage as needed, including participation in planned release activities and limited on-call support for stable deployments and rapid issue triage
