Joining our operations team means that you will be at the forefront of all we do, maintaining critical facilities infrastructure as part of a close-knit team delivering best-in-class service to our data center customers. The Customer Operations Engineering (COE) Intern supports the execution of customerrequested work within the data center, including installs, deinstalls, Smart Hands services, and ticketdriven operational tasks. This role provides handson exposure to customerfacing data center operations, cabling, equipment handling, and service workflows in a secure, highavailability environment, while working closely with experienced professionals. The team values customer focus, quality execution, teamwork, and continuous learning, and is committed to providing an inclusive and equitable work environment. This internship program is designed to build foundational operational skills, service discipline, and technical curiosity for a longterm career in data center operations and customer engineering.
