This person will be working on hiring within the Technical / Engineering space (Software Engineering, Data Science, Machine Learning, Product Management, Security, Infrastructure). The position is initially 6 months and is a fully remote role.

Day-to-Day:

Recruiters / Talent Acquisition Specialists partner closely with Engineering, Product, and R&D leaders to identify, attract, and hire top technical talent that helps power the company's mission of helping people get jobs. Working alongside HR, Sourcing, and Recruiting Coordination teams, you will manage complex technical searches, advise hiring teams on talent market trends, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience from initial engagement through offer acceptance.

Responsibilities:



  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for technical candidates, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
  • Partner with hiring managers and leadership teams to develop and execute hiring strategies across multiple technical requisitions.
  • Source and engage top technical talent through advanced sourcing techniques, networking, referrals, talent communities, and market mapping.
  • Conduct recruiter screens to assess candidate qualifications, technical background, and alignment with role requirements.
  • Serve as a trusted talent advisor by providing market insights, talent intelligence, and data-driven recommendations to hiring teams.
  • Develop and implement innovative strategies to strengthen technical talent pipelines and enhance employer brand awareness within the engineering and technology communities.
  • Utilize recruiting data, reporting, and performance metrics to drive decision-making and optimize recruiting outcomes.
  • Manage the offer process, including offer development, negotiations, candidate closing, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to continuously improve recruiting processes, candidate experience, and hiring efficiency.



Skills & Competencies



  • Minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience, with significant experience supporting technical hiring; or a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of relevant recruiting experience; or an advanced degree without experience.
  • Demonstrated success recruiting for technical roles, including Software Engineering, Data Science, Machine Learning, Product Management, Security, Infrastructure, or other R&D functions.
  • Strong understanding of technical talent markets, sourcing strategies, and candidate assessment methodologies.
  • Proven ability to build productive relationships and influence hiring managers, interviewers, and senior stakeholders.
  • Experience managing full lifecycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and candidate relationship management.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting technologies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage recruiting metrics and market data to influence hiring decisions.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
