Join our Human Resources team at Macquarie and play an important role in our candidate onboarding journey. As a key member in the team, you'll help us make sure our new starters are ready from day one and that they have a fantastic experience along the way.
While Macquarie offers hybrid working for many of our roles, this role does require 3 days a week in our office location.

What role will you play? Press space or enter keys to toggle section visibility Your responsibilities will involve onboarding tasks such as preparing and issuing global employment contracts, coordinating with the recruitment team and candidates to facilitate the onboarding process, maintaining HR systems, and responding to inquiries through email and phone. Additionally, you will collaborate with teams across data management, payroll, HR and more.
