What You'll Do:
  • Perform technical tests and experiments to support process engineering and development
  • Set up, operate, and maintain semiconductor process and metrology equipment
  • Execute process runs and monitor operational conditions for quality and consistency
  • Collect, analyze, and document data including process logs, charts, and experimental results
  • Support engineering teams in troubleshooting yield issues and evaluating new processes
  • Monitor workflows, audit processes, and guide operators on proper procedures
Job Requirements
What You'll Bring:
  • 3+ years of experience in a cleanroom, laboratory, or semiconductor manufacturing environment
  • Bachelor's degree (or Associate degree + 2+ years of experience) in Materials Science, Chemistry, Physics, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience operating semiconductor tools or similar technical equipment
  • 2+ years of experience using Microsoft Excel or similar tools for data tracking and analysis

  • Strong attention to detail, especially with wafer handling and precision work
  • Ability to follow detailed procedures and work independently in a lab setting
  • Proven reliability, punctuality, and ability to work a structured shift schedule
  • Experience supporting process development or yield improvement initiatives
Additional Information:
  • Position is fully onsite in Fremont, CA (Tue-Sat, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM)
  • Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check
  • Overtime may be required based on production needs
