What You'll Do:
  • Design and support additive manufacturing processes including 3D printing and rapid prototyping
  • Create and modify 3D models using NX CAD and apply solid modeling techniques
  • Analyze and optimize material-process-design relationships
  • Interpret engineering drawings and troubleshoot manufacturing issues such as defects or porosity
  • Develop test methods, perform inspections, and support failure analysis
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to implement design improvements and new technologies
Job Requirements
What You'll Bring:
  • 2+ years of experience using NX CAD for 3D modeling and design (required, no exceptions)
  • 5+ years of experience in mechanical design, manufacturing, or related engineering field
  • 3+ years of experience working with sheet metal and machined part design
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Design, or related field (or equivalent experience)
What Sets You Apart:
  • Familiarity with Teamcenter PLM systems
  • Experience with additive manufacturing technologies such as 3D printing or rapid prototyping
  • Strong problem-solving skills related to material and manufacturing processes
  • Ability to support development of new processes, tools, and training materials
Additional Information:
  • Position is fully onsite in Fremont, CA (Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM)
