Site Manager - Central Hydro & Raccoon Mountain Pumped Storage
Position Summary The Site Manager is responsible for the successful execution of all contract obligations and labor agreements at the assigned hydroelectric and pumped-storage facilities. This role oversees safe and productive work execution, ensures compliance with customer and company quality standards, and serves as the primary day-to-day liaison with the client. The Site Manager also maintains effective relationships with local labor union officials and stays current on industry best practices through continuous learning. Principal Accountabilities

In compliance with this state's pay transparency laws, the salary range for this role is $96,000- $210,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
