POS Specialist

Must be able to work 5 days on site / Downtown Philadelphia

Looking for experience with but not limited to the following technology:

• Demonstrated experience supporting Windows POS devices
• Proficient in Windows 10 and Windows 11
• Experience imaging, configuring, and deploying Windows POS hardware
• Familiarity with HP Engage Go, Ingenico or similar POS systems and peripherals
• Manage and maintain POS hardware inventory and assets
• Strong hardware and OS troubleshooting skills
• Support device rollouts and refresh projects
• Working knowledge of ITIL principles
• Experience using ServiceNow
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
