1. Healthcare customer service experience (admitting, scheduling, or similar)
2. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills (technical/system support exposure preferred)
3. Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal; ability to handle customer interactions professionally)

Role Overview: This position serves as a front-line support resource for clients using a healthcare product suite. Responsibilities include handling inbound support requests, troubleshooting issues, documenting activity in CRM systems, and collaborating cross-functionally with product, development, and account teams. The role also supports onboarding efforts and ongoing client success post go-live.

Key Requirements:

• 1-2+ years of customer service experience in a healthcare setting
• Working knowledge of healthcare terminology
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable with on-call rotation (evenings/weekends as needed)
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new systems quickly
