We are excited to add a Procurement Manager to our Supply Chain team! The position will pay between $106,000 - $130,000 plus annual bonus based on previous relevant experience and educational credentials. This is a full-time hybrid role with a few days a week in our Marietta office.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Procurement Manager provides enterprise-wide leadership across procurement, sourcing, and contract management, to support the company's financial, operational, quality, and regulatory objectives. This role is responsible for leading the procurement team in developing and executing strategic sourcing initiatives, managing supplier and contract performance, and ensuring efficient, compliant material and services supply to support FDA-regulated medical device products and HCT/Ps. The position drives cost optimization, supply continuity, and operational excellence while maintaining strict adherence to cGMP and applicable FDA regulations. In leading and developing the procurement team, establishes standardized processes, and partners cross-functionally to ensure alignment with business requirements.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:



  • Lead, manage, and develop procurement staff
  • Lead enterprise-wide procurement activities across direct and indirect spend categories
  • Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and cross-functional collaboration
  • Oversee the full contract lifecycle, including negotiation, execution, and compliance
  • Partner with Legal, Quality, and Finance to ensure contractual alignment with regulatory and business requirements and with Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, R&D, and Finance to align supply chain strategies
  • Support new product introductions and commercialization efforts
  • Develop and execute category and sourcing strategies to drive cost savings and value creation
  • Lead RFx processes (RFI, RFP, RFQ), supplier evaluation, and supplier selection
  • Standardize sourcing and procurement processes across the organization
  • Lead supplier risk management, including contingency and dual sourcing strategies
  • Define and monitor procurement KPIs



EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:



  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Purchasing or Supply Chain preferred
  • 8+ years of experience in Purchasing and/or Supply Chain
  • Certification as Purchasing Manager (CPM), Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), or in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) preferred
  • Successful execution of strategic sourcing events
  • Supplier management and building relationships based on trust
  • Experience working in a regulated industry, ideally life sciences, preferred
  • Experience successfully managing multiple high-profile projects simultaneously
