The Director of Private Client Solutions leads the development, execution, and management of wealth and banking solutions for Ultra-High-Net-Worth (UHNW) and High-Net-Worth (HNW) clients. This senior management role is responsible for driving the division's strategic vision, designing customized client solutions, and overseeing teams of Private Bankers and financial specialists to deliver exceptional client experiences, sustainable growth, and profitability.

Below is a list of essential functions of this position. Additional responsibilities may be assigned in the position.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Define and execute the Private Banking division's long-term strategic plan, aligning with broader organizational goals and driving revenue growth and profitability.
  • Lead development and delivery of complex, customized financial solutions including wealth management, asset allocation, structured credit, and trust services.
  • Cultivate and expand relationships with UHNW and HNW clients, serving as a trusted advisor and senior escalation point for complex client needs.
  • Direct sales strategies, service delivery models, and market expansion initiatives to increase market share and deposit growth.
  • Attract, develop, and lead high-performing teams of Private Bankers and financial specialists to achieve business and client objectives.

  • Leads and oversees Private Banking teams, including Private Bankers and financial specialists.

  • Recruits, develops, and retains top-tier talent to support strategic growth objectives.

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION, & EXPERIENCE

To perform this position successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential position requirement satisfactorily and a skills inventory is listed below. Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field required; advanced degree preferred. Significant experience in private banking, wealth management, or financial services leadership. Proven success managing UHNW or HNQ client relationships and complex financial solutions. Demonstrated experience with strategic planning, P&L management, and team leadership. A background screening will be conducted.

  • LANGUAGE SKILLS: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively present to high-value clients and internal stakeholders..
  • TECHNOLOGY SKILLS: Proficient in financial systems and digital tools supporting wealth management and client service delivery.
  • MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Advanced financial acumen with the ability to analyze complex financial data, credit structures, and investment strategies.
  • REASONING ABILITY: Ability to evaluate complex financial scenarios, assess risk, and develop customized solutions aligned with client and organizational goals.
  • PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT: Professional office environment with frequent interaction with clients and internal partners. Occasional travel may be required.
