Meet the Team

You will be an integral part of the My Business Reports (MBR), Intelligence Center, Visibility, and One Sales BO (OSBO) teams, collaborating with passionate and highly skilled professionals who consistently exceed bold targets. Our team thrives on challenges and offers opportunities to work alongside authorities across the product's tech stack, including data scientists and AI specialists. We work closely with multi-functional teams such as product management, data engineering, business analysts, and senior leadership to drive the design and implementation of high-impact, AI-powered data solutions. This collaborative environment fosters innovation and enables us to deliver exceptional value to Cisco's sales operations and market visibility.

Your Impact

  • Partner with GTM and Finance collaborators to translate complex business objectives into detailed functional requirements and technical user stories for Snowflake-based data solutions.
  • Define the business logic and standardized metrics (e.g., "Ready-to-Buy" signals or "Renewal Risk") that underpin reporting dashboards, ensuring a "single source of truth" across all CRM instances.
  • Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and data validation efforts to ensure that pipelines and AI-driven insights accurately reflect real-world sales scenarios and meet business integrity standards.
  • Act as the main liaison between Sales Strategy, Product leads, and the Data Engineering team to prioritize the product backlog and align technical sprints with FY26/27 growth priorities.
  • Bridge the gap between technical architecture and end-user adoption by creating comprehensive data dictionaries, business process maps, and "how-to" guides for self-serve AI analytics.
  • Conduct deep-dive analysis on existing data flows to identify whitespace opportunities where AI explain-ability and "Next Best Action" insights can drive higher seller productivity.
  • Define and advocate standard processes for AI-led data storage and analysis within Snowflake.
  • Build reporting dashboards and visualizations to design, create, and track campaign/program targets.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Demonstrable experience eliciting requirements from business collaborators and translating them into detailed functional specifications, technical user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL for data profiling and validation, with a deep understanding of relational database concepts.
  • Demonstrated experience leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and performing complex data validation to ensure system integrity.
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment, managing product backlogs, and using tools like Jira or Rally to align technical sprints with business goals.
  • Solid understanding of GTM (Go-To-Market), Sales, or Finance operations, including familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales lifecycle metrics.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, plus 5+ years of experience in a technical analytical role (BSA, Product Owner, or Data Analyst).
  • Hands-on experience with Snowflake Data Cloud, including understanding of its architecture and data sharing capabilities.
  • Conceptual understanding of AI/ML workflows, specifically in the areas of AI Explainability, Predictive Analytics (Propensity models), and "Next Best Action" logic.
  • Proficiency in creating data dictionaries, business process maps, and logical data models to support a "single source of truth" strategy.
  • Experience designing wireframes or functional mockups for BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Demonstrable ability to perform gap analysis on complex data flows and find opportunities for process automation or insight enrichment.
  • Exceptional ability to act as a "Technical Translator," bridging the gap between executive leadership and engineering teams through clear documentation and persuasive storytelling.
