What You Will Do to Change Lives

The Certified Nursing Assistant provides care in Skilled Nursing Facilities that responds to the physical and psychological needs of members served and is consistent with recovery-centered care principles.

On call, all shifts available

AM 7 am to 3:30 pm

PM 3 pm to 11:30 pm

NOC 11 pm to 7:30 am

Expected starting wage range is $22.62 - $27.63.Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.

What You Bring to the Table (Must Have)

  High School Diploma or GED

  Current Nursing Assistant Certification

  Ability to communicate in English both verbal and written

  Must be at least 18 years of age

  
  
• 
  

  Must be CPR, First Aid, and CPI certified (hands-on course) on date of employment or prior to providing direct client care and maintain current certification throughout employment
