Note: This role is a for a Mat Leave coverage You are also required to be onsite 5 days a week in Bentonville, AR. As the Manager, Social Media, you get to manage social for the 8th largest retailer in the US with millions of devoted members who aren't shy about telling us how much they love us (and occasionally what they might change - we really listen!). You'll help support our community management team field comments from super fans tagging us in their haul videos, assist with the entire process of content creation from concepting to creation to posting, oversee execution of innovative social campaigns, and help craft answers for the occasional "When are you bringing back the take and bake pizza?!"

In this pivotal role, you'll be responsible for one of our most visible marketing channels in the company. You'll partner closely with senior leadership to transform our warehouse retail brand's social presence. We're looking for someone:

You'll Make an Impact By:
- Partnering with the Senior Manager to implement the content strategy, ensuring every detail is managed with precision and purpose.
- Overseeing the strategy and creative execution of our most important social media campaigns-working hand in hand with our world-class agencies on both the creative and paid media sides.
- Applying deep knowledge of social publishing tools (preferably Sprinklr) with meticulous attention to tagging, metadata, and quality assurance to enable accurate reporting and insights.
- Leading the strategy for our innovative "My Local Social" program, including content direction and technology implementation through our custom employee mobile application.
- Managing communications with internal stakeholders across email, mobile, direct mail, and social media to ensure a consistent customer experience and brand alignment.
- Collaborating with partners and internal associates to ensure all creative output aligns with our overall brand strategy and content territories.
- Partnering with the Director on campaign performance data and calculating ROI of programs/initiatives to drive continuous improvement.
- Building relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent implementation of briefs across all channels.
You'll Sweep Us Off Our Feet If You Have:
- 5+ years of experience in social media marketing, content strategy, or digital marketing, preferably in retail or e-commerce.
- Exceptional understanding of social media platforms, content strategy, and publishing tools (Sprinklr experience strongly preferred).
- Growing analytical skills with experience in social media metrics, reporting, and translating data into actionable insights.
- Experience supporting organic and paid social media strategies to create cohesive customer journeys.
- A proven track record of driving collaborative success across marketing, merchandising, and technology teams.
- Outstanding attention to detail balanced with strategic thinking capabilities.
- Experience leading local or community-focused social initiatives.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- A love for digital content with the hard skills to pick up a phone to make content yourself.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $44.00 to $49.00. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
