Overview:

The Asset Equipment Specialist is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-growing company based in our Corporate Office in New Hampton, IA. The Asset Equipment Specialist will manage our asset management platforms, to ensure accurate equipment visibility, device health, and data-driven decision making. The ideal candidate will have project management skills, equipment tracking experience, strong analytical and processing skills, and will be team-oriented with excellent communication skills. Experience in a construction-related field would be beneficial.

Responsibilities:

  • Platform Administration

    • Manager users, roles, and permissions.
    • Configure and maintain asset records for equipment, vehicles, and tools.
    • Maintain asset hierarchy, naming standards, and system structure.
    • Generate and distribute key reports.
    • Oversee integrations between other business platforms.


  • Asset and Device Management

    • Install, assign, and maintain GPS tracking devices.
    • Develop, maintain, and improve asset tracking processes and standards.
    • Monitor device health & troubleshoot issues internally and with vendors.


  • Liaison between Operations, Mechanics, Accounting, and Tenna.

    • Train and support field personnel to ensure proper system use and compliance.
    • Support safety and operational initiatives through data insight and system usage.

      • Reporting & Analytics

        • Ensure accuracy and integrity of asset data across all systems.
        • Generate and distribute key reports.
        • Analyze utilization, idle time, run hours, and asset movement.
