Party Bus enables secure software development, deployment, and delivery across multiple security domains, including Impact Levels (IL) 2, 4, 5, and 6. This position focuses on operational support, platform sustainment, troubleshooting, and assisting development teams with cloud-native deployments and DevSecOps best practices. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting DevSecOps or cloud environments within the Department of Defense and enjoy working directly with engineering teams to resolve issues, improve automation, and maintain secure platform operations. Key Responsibilities Support day-to-day operations of Platform One Party Bus environments. Assist development teams with deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting activities. Support CI/CD pipelines and automated software delivery processes. Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot Kubernetes and containerized environments. Assist with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation efforts utilizing Terraform and Ansible. Support cloud infrastructure hosted within AWS GovCloud and other government cloud environments. Support vulnerability remediation, patching efforts, and platform hardening activities. Required Skills & Experience 5+ years of DevSecOps, Systems Administration, Cloud Operations, or Platform Support experience within DoD environments Active IAT Level II Certification (Security+, CySA+, or equivalent) Experience supporting CI/CD pipelines and development teams in secure environments Familiarity with Git-based version control systems such as GitLab or GitHub Experience supporting Infrastructure as Code and automation tools including Terraform and Ansible Working knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, and containerized application environments Familiarity with AWS GovCloud and/or Azure Government cloud environments Experience troubleshooting infrastructure, deployment, and application support issues through ticketing systems and operational support processes Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting Platform One Party Bus environments Familiarity with the DoD DevSecOps Reference Design Experience with vulnerability management tools and security scanning platforms Previous support of Air Force, Space Force, or other DoD cloud modernization efforts Required Skills Active IAT Level II Certification (Security+, CySA+, or equivalent)
