Job Title: DevSecOps / Systems Engineer

Clearance: Active TS/SCI or TS/SCI Eligible (Completed Tier 5 Investigation Required)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Location: San Diego, CA

Overview

We are seeking a DevSecOps / Systems Engineer to support the deployment, integration, and sustainment of software capabilities within Department of Defense environments. The ideal candidate has experience with modern DevSecOps pipelines, containerized applications, and secure software delivery practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support deployment and sustainment of software solutions within DoD environments.

  • Integrate and manage containerized applications using modern DevSecOps methodologies.

  • Support cloud-native and microservices-based architectures.

  • Collaborate with software engineering teams to automate deployment and security processes.

  • Assist with system integration, testing, and operational readiness activities.

Required Qualifications
  • Active TS/SCI clearance or TS/SCI eligibility with completed Tier 5 investigation.

  • Minimum 5 years of DoD systems engineering experience.

  • Experience deploying software within the Overmatch Software Armory (OSA) or comparable DoD DevSecOps pipeline.

  • Experience integrating containerized software into Department of the Navy environments (e.g., CANES).

  • Experience with Kubernetes, microservices architectures, and/or service mesh technologies.

  • DoD 8140/8570 IAT Level II certification (Security+ CE, CySA+, or equivalent).

  • Strong understanding of secure software delivery and DevSecOps principles.
