Job Description

The Sr. Operations Analyst - Value-in-Kind program is an operational role responsible for ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant execution of ValueinKind (VIK) drawdowns across the NA region. The role will primarily provide AE support for VIK workflow, with a strong focus on data accuracy, validation discipline, and rework reduction.

The role acts as a regional qualitycontrol layer between Sales and Finance, supporting cleaner submissions and faster execution through strong firsttime quality and operational hygiene.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

• 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD

Preferred Qualifications:

• 6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage highvolume transactional work accurately.
• Understanding of sales operations, deal execution, and financial controls.
• Ability to identify data issues and root causes of rework or amendments.
• Experience working with dashboards, trackers, or operational reports.
• Advanced level of excel and data analysis skills.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work crossfunctionally.
