Job Title: Contractor - Human Resources

Location(s): Merrifield, VA

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources professional to support our team on a contractual basis. The candidate will be responsible for executing HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance with company policies and procedures.

• Coordinate and manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates.
• Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
• Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related issues and policies.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Human Resources role.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
