Make your mark for patients

We are looking for a Local Supply Chain and Warehousing Lead who is collaborative, proactive and forward-thinking to join us in our Internal Manufacturing team, based at our UCB campus in Atlanta, Giorgia.

About the role

This role is part of a project, contributing to the design and delivery of a future-ready biologics manufacturing facility. In this role, you will represent manufacturing needs across the design and delivery of a new biological manufacturing facility in Georgia. You will bring end-user insight into project decisions, define operational requirements for supply chain and warehousing, and help shape future-ready manufacturing capabilities. You will also champion quality, health, safety and environmental standards across the project in a rapidly evolving project environment.

Who you'll work with

You will be working in a team that connects Internal Manufacturing with project teams, manufacturing sites and global cross-functional partners. The team brings operational knowledge into the project, shares best practices, and helps ensure the future facility is practical, compliant and ready for long-term manufacturing success

What you'll do

  • Represent manufacturing needs in project design and delivery, with a focus on supply chain and warehousing operations.
  • Define user requirements and translate operational, technical and process needs into clear project inputs.
  • Work with manufacturing sites and global partners to gather best practices and operational insight.
  • Review technical documents and data to support decisions on systems, tools and manufacturing processes.
  • Promote high standards in quality, health, safety and environmental performance throughout the project.
  • Track industry developments and help introduce future-ready technologies and ways of working.

Interested? For this role we're looking for the following education, experience and skills

  • Bachelor's in a relevant scientific, engineering or supply chain field.
  • Experience in biopharmaceutical operations and regulated manufacturing environments.
  • Experience supporting large projects in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain and warehousing, including planning, procurement, storage and distribution.
  • Clear communication and technical writing skills, with the ability to work across functions and levels.
  • Willingness to adapt to project variabilities and a rapidly evolving work environment.
  • Fluent in English; French is an advantage.
  • Regular travel to Belgium and Switzerland may be required during conceptual design and basic design phases.
