More specifically, you will:

  • Lead and develop teams across the Infrastructure, Cloud, and Service Desk functions, driving accountability, performance, and continuous improvement in service delivery
  • Clarify ownership boundaries, handoffs, and escalation paths across IT teams and business stakeholders
  • Establish and enforce policies for IT security, compliance, and system performance
  • Work closely with technology leadership and CIO on strategic technology initiatives and operational priorities
  • Align technology capabilities with business needs, serving as a dependable partner to teams across the firm
  • Manage lifecycle planning, vendor relationships, and long-term sustainability of IT systems and budgets
  • Lead key initiatives including cloud migration of legacy systems, implementation of modern secure access capabilities such as ZTNA and SSE, and development of the firm's Azure environment as a foundational platform
  • Lead technology integration efforts for firm growth initiatives, including onboarding new offices and aligning acquired teams to firm standards
  • Introduce improvements in a thoughtful and sustainable way, balancing consistency with the strengths of the existing team
Requirements

  • Strong background in service delivery, infrastructure, and cloud platforms
  • Demonstrated ability to bring clarity and structure to environments with evolving processes or ownership models
  • Experience building and developing technical teams while driving accountability and performance
  • Experience improving team execution and delivering complex initiatives in environments focused on steady-state operations
  • Ability to translate business needs into practical, scalable IT solutions
  • Experience managing budgets and vendor relationships
  • Familiarity with IT governance, cybersecurity frameworks, and compliance programs such as CMMC, with the ability to support and operationalize compliance efforts
  • Familiarity with developer tooling and deployment pipelines, and curiosity about how AI capabilities are enabled at the infrastructure level
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to make decisions and drive alignment across teams
  • Strong judgment and ability to navigate ambiguity while driving progress and alignment

**Experience in architecture, engineering, or professional services is a plus, but not required**
