As a Security Bike Patrol Officer for Shopping Center in Inglewood, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a commercial real estate location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence that helps to discourage security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Respond to incidents, maintenance concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting issues to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout lobbies, hallways, loading areas, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and common areas, verify visitor entry procedures when required, and communicate professionally with building occupants regarding site rules and/or directions.
• Support daily property operations by observing vendor and delivery activity, assisting with lobby presence, and reporting security-related concerns, hazards, and/or policy violations.

Minimum Requirements:

• A minimum of 6 months of security-related experience is required.
• Ability to ride a bike is required.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
