We are actively looking for a Systems Solutions & Adoption Lead to join our IT team. As part of the IT Group, the Systems Solutions & Adoption Lead is a technical business enablement role responsible for expanding effective use of various IT Systems through training, adoption, solution design, and practical AI enablement. This role works closely with business users, leaders, and technical partners to identify high-value use cases, develop and refine prompts and agents, support integration opportunities, and help teams apply and adopt system capabilities in ways that improve how work is performed and information is used. The role leverages AI tools to improve and optimize workflows and supports the broader adoption of AI tools within the organization. It requires in-depth working knowledge of enterprise technology ecosystems and complementary tools so that solutions are designed thoughtfully, connected appropriately, and aligned to business outcomes. The role guides others on sound solution design practices and ensures that adopted solutions follow established governance and quality standards.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute adoption strategies that increase awareness, confidence, and repeat use of Systems and AI tools across teams and business functions
  • Design and deliver role-based training, workshops, office hours, and enablement content focused on practical business use
  • Create user guidance, playbooks, quick reference materials, and reusable examples that help employees use systems effectively
  • Coordinate communication of use cases, success stories, lessons learned, and practical examples to drive broader adoption
  • Partner with business users and leaders to identify pain points, document heavy workflows, and opportunities to improve how information is stored, found, analyzed, and reused
  • Translate business needs into scoped use cases, pilots, workflows, and repeatable solutions
  • Coordinate the lifecycle of use cases from intake through pilot, feedback, refinement, rollout, and adoption
  • Provide best practice guidance to help teams use systems more effectively and consistently, and ensure solutions adhere to established design and governance standards
  • Guide and support power users and citizen developers in applying sound solution design practices, serving as a go-to resource for questions on tool usage, solution quality, and responsible AI use
  • Apply hands-on AI skills to write, refine, test, and support prompts, agents, and other AI-enabled workflows that solve practical business needs
  • Train users and power users on effective prompt design, prompt refinement, agent usage, and responsible review of AI-generated outputs
  • Identify where AI capabilities can improve efficiency, consistency, knowledge access, decision support, and content reuse
  • Monitor emerging AI capabilities and translate relevant developments into practical guidance and repeatable solutions for end users
  • Develop and maintain in-depth working knowledge of the broader enterprise technology stack and complementary tools in order to design sound, connected solutions
  • Partner with technical teams to scope and support integrations, connectors, automation opportunities, and handoffs between systems
  • Apply working knowledge of APIs, connectors, and automation platforms to support the right solution approach in collaboration with technical partners
  • Identify, engage, and organize citizen developers, power users, and champions across the organization
  • Help establish and sustain a user community, community of practice, or similar forum to share use cases, best practices, and lessons learned
  • Encourage responsible experimentation and reuse by helping business users move from isolated ideas to supported, repeatable practices
  • Build strong partnerships with technical teams, business leaders, and end users to support sustainable adoption
  • Promote responsible AI use, source awareness, validation, and practical governance in reusable assets and solution patterns
  • Track adoption, training reach, repeat usage, and solution success to understand where value is being created and where additional support is needed
  • Report on business impact, identify barriers to use, and recommend improvements to training, content, and rollout approaches
  • Review platform capabilities and user feedback on an ongoing basis to identify opportunities to improve enablement and solution quality
  • Support vendor relationships by providing user feedback and documenting firm needs in coordination with the Senior Director

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Knowledge Management, or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in enterprise software adoption, content platforms, business enablement, or similar roles
  • Hands-on experience with AI-enabled productivity tools, prompt engineering, agents, or copilots
  • Experience developing training, documentation, and user adoption strategies for enterprise platforms
  • Experience working across business and technical teams to design and implement practical solutions
  • Experience with Egnyte, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, or similar content and knowledge platforms
  • Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Workato, or similar platforms
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics, AEC 360, Workday, or related enterprise systems
  • Experience with connectors, APIs, low-code automation, enterprise search, or agent orchestration concepts
  • Experience building or supporting citizen developer communities, champions networks, or user groups
  • Relevant certifications in Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, Azure AI, or related applied skills are a plus
  • Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement abilities
  • Ability to translate business needs into practical, technically sound solutions that meet established governance and quality standards
  • In-depth working knowledge of AI prompting, agents, and user enablement
  • Understanding of enterprise technology ecosystems and how complementary tools work together across platforms and business functions
  • Ability to identify integration and automation opportunities across platforms in partnership with technical teams
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, relationship-building, and networking skills
