APPLY TODAY What You'll Do: Design, develop, and implement automated test solutions for product development and manufacturing environments Build and deploy hands-on test stands using industry best practices and standardized procedures Develop test fixtures, diagnostic programs, specifications, and testing documentation Troubleshoot systems and equipment across multiple phases of product development Coordinate testing schedules, equipment needs, and evaluation processes for standard and custom devices Job Requirements What You'll Bring: 4+ years of experience in test engineering, product validation, or manufacturing test environments 3+ years of experience with Python programming for test automation and scripting 3+ years of experience developing automated test systems and troubleshooting complex equipment 2+ years of hands-on experience building, deploying, and documenting test stands 2+ years of experience creating technical documentation, test procedures, and diagnostic reports What Sets You Apart: Experience supporting product development and manufacturing engineering teams Strong technical documentation and process improvement skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced engineering environment Collaborative mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Additional Information: Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check Occasional overtime may be required to meet project timelines Ability to lift up to 25 pounds may be required in lab or testing environments After you apply, you may receive a call or message from our AI Talent Scout about this role or other opportunities that match your skills and preferences.
