The Director of Procurement is responsible for leading Bagel Brands' enterprise procurement and strategic sourcing functions to ensure the organization maintains a reliable, cost-effective, and high-quality supply chain across all brands and operating regions. This role oversees category management, supplier partnerships, contract negotiations, commodity risk management, and procurement strategy while driving operational efficiency, cost optimization, and long-term business value. As a strategic leader within the Supply Chain organization, this role partners cross-functionally with Distribution, Quality Assurance, Logistics, Marketing, Culinary, Finance, and Operations to support innovation, business growth, and operational execution. In alignment with Bagel Brands' Mission, Vision, and Values, the Director of Procurement fosters strong supplier relationships, develops high-performing teams, and drives continuous improvement while ensuring the organization can consistently deliver an exceptional guest experience. TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS Periodic travel is required to support supplier relationships, business operations, strategic initiatives, and cross-functional collaboration. Travel frequency will vary based on business needs.
