Position Summary

The Digital Delivery Manager is responsible for managing the execution, consistency, and performance of digital delivery services across projects and teams. This role translates Digital Delivery Services (DDS) strategy into operational reality by overseeing people, workflows, tools, and standards to ensure predictable, high-quality project outcomes. This role serves as a team leader and delivery integrator, balancing leadership with active participation in project delivery. This role also remains engaged in real project conditions by resolving complex delivery challenges, supporting high-impact execution, and ensuring digital delivery approaches are practical, scalable, and aligned with project needs.

Essential Job Functions & Accountabilities

Delivery Management, Planning & Execution
|
- Manages digital delivery performance across assigned projects, sectors, or portfolios
- Analyzes project scope, complexity, and delivery requirements to determine appropriate digital delivery approach
- Develops or contributes to project-specific digital delivery execution plans, including workflows, resourcing, and tool alignment
- Ensures DDS workflows, standards, and tools are applied consistently and effectively across projects
- Monitors delivery quality, efficiency, and adherence to digital delivery processes

Standards Enforcement, Tools & Process Adoption
|
- Drives adoption and enforcement of Digital Delivery standards, ensuring consistent application of tools, platforms, and workflows across projects and addressing non-compliance directly
- Partners with Digital Delivery Specialists to deploy and operationalize tools, automations, and advanced workflows across active projects
- Identifies execution gaps and provides feedback to DDS leadership to inform continuous improvement and strategic evolution
- Leads or supports training, onboarding, and enablement efforts to ensure successful outcomes.

Metrics, Reporting & Continuous Improvement

- Tracks delivery performance indicators (quality, efficiency, utilization, risk) across projects
- Provides clear reporting to DDS leadership on team capacity, performance, and trends
- Uses direct project involvement to validate performance metrics and identify root causes of delivery challenges
- Contributes to continuous improvement initiatives, pilot efforts, and maturity growth of Digital Delivery,

Required Education, Experience, Licenses & Technical Competencies
|
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Architecture, Construction, Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 10 or more years of experience in BIM, Digital Delivery, Design Technology, or related delivery roles
- A minimum of 2 years leadership/management experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of project delivery environments and multidisciplinary coordination
- Demonstrated ability to manage people, priorities, and competing demands
- Demonstrated experience managing complex project delivery, coordinating across multiple teams, and applying digital delivery workflows
- Maintains active proficiency in digital delivery tools, (i.e. Autodesk Forma, Dynamo, Python, Revit, Navisworks, etc.) workflows, and coordination practices
- Must demonstrate proficiency in all core competencies as described and characterized in this job description.
