Ingram Content Group (ICG) is hiring for a Business Process Analyst to contribute to our team in LaVergne, TN just outside Nashville. In this role, you will serve as the lead liaison for analysis supporting the execution of process improvement initiatives within the Product Group. You will identify opportunities for improvement and drive process design enhancements through detailed business and systems analysis. This position is responsible for researching, analyzing, documenting, and resolving both internal and external operational issues while helping streamline workflows and improve efficiency. You will also stay informed on industry trends, best practices, and emerging process improvement methodologies to support continuous improvement efforts. In addition, you will develop and deliver user training, create clear documentation for process recommendations, policies, and procedures, and apply your knowledge of Ingram policies, systems, and operational practices to successfully support cross-functional process improvement projects.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business OR year for year directly related experience
  • 3 years' business analysis or processes experience

Preferred Skills:

  • Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills, with strong expertise in Excel including data manipulation, VLOOKUPs, and pivot tables.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyzes and evaluates existing or proposed business processes to identify and implement improvements and opportunities.
  • Provides analysis of business processes in support of process improvement initiatives; partnering with management in determining appropriate execution of process improvement projects and opportunities for future improvement initiatives.
  • Performs item and publisher data maintenance and ensures the integrity of data used in various internal applications.
  • Communicates and collaborates with numerous departments or stakeholders to ensure project support or customer support.
  • Builds strong relationships with key counterparts and stakeholders at IBC, IPS, LS, and IT.Support in establishing/maintaining documentation of process improvement initiatives and other policies and procedures that support the Product Group.
  • Develops and maintains documentation to support analysis and process improvement recommendations

Hiring Salary Range:$65,224-$82,466. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. It will be determined by factors including but not limited to: the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, geographic location, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
