Overview

DecisionPoint Corporation is seeking a Technical Support Management Specialist / Technical Support Management Systems Specialist professional to support the U.S. Coast Guard Offshore Patrol Cutter (OPC) Project Residence Office (PRO) located at the Austal USA Shipyard in Mobile, Alabama.

DecisionPoint is building a team of qualified professionals to support this exciting opportunity and is currently identifying candidates interested in future program support. Selected candidates may be asked to participate in interviews, provide an updated resume, and sign a Letter of Commitment expressing interest and availability for the position should DecisionPoint move forward with staffing efforts.

This position is onsite in Mobile, Alabama and requires an active Secret security clearance.



Duties & Responsibilities

    Support the Technical Support Management (TSM) system and Electronic Trial Card (ETC) tools.
  • Track deficiencies and support inspection and testing activities.
  • Provide technical reporting, database management, and metrics tracking support.
  • Assist with trial card processing and deficiency management activities.
  • Support technical briefings and ship construction inspection efforts.
  • Provide operational support during sea trials and testing activities.


Qualifications

  • Active Secret security clearance required.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum of six (6) years of relevant experience.
  • Security+ certification required.
  • Experience with Government TSM systems and ETC tools required.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Knowledge of ship construction deficiency management processes.
