BASIC PURPOSE:


The Recruitment Manager is responsible for developing, leading, and motivating a team of recruiters by setting the expectations and standards to ensure attainment of division goals, while maintaining a high level of recruitment activity. This position is responsible for overseeing and building the Company's profile by sourcing and recruiting quality candidates to fill open needs. The Recruitment Manager will promote effective teamwork amongst recruiters to ensure all field personnel and clients receive unrivaled quality service.



ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:



  • Successfully lead, manage, and develop a team of recruiters through coaching, mentoring, performance management, counseling, and retraining to ensure achievement of recruiting goals and service standards.
  • Monitor and drive team performance against recruiting metrics, production goals, and operational expectations while maintaining accountability across the team.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal business leaders to understand hiring forecasts, growth targets, workforce needs, and recruiting priorities.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain training programs, onboarding plans, and ongoing development initiatives to support recruiter growth and reinforce recruitment best practices.
  • Assess sourcing channels, lead generation efforts, and candidate engagement strategies to identify opportunities for improvement and implement recruiting best practices across the team.
  • Develop and execute recruiting and prospecting strategies to attract qualified candidates through various channels, including email, phone outreach, social media, referrals, networking, and local events.
  • Maintain individual recruiting efforts by sourcing, screening, and pipelining qualified candidates to support business needs when necessary.
  • Ensure recruiters maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records, communication notes, qualifications, and recruiting activity within company databases and systems.
  • Analyze recruiting metrics and operational data; prepare and provide weekly recruitment reports to leadership.
  • Recommend and support process improvements, tools, and operational efficiencies to enhance recruiting effectiveness and team productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and performance standards across all recruiting activities.
  • Research, troubleshoot, and resolve recruiting or operational issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Implement corrective action and performance improvement plans in accordance with company procedures when applicable.
  • Foster a collaborative, team-oriented environment focused on delivering exceptional service to candidates, field personnel, clients, and internal stakeholders.
  • Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:



  • 5+ years of progressive recruiting experience, plus a minimum of 3 years of leadership or people management experience within staffing, recruiting, or talent acquisition required. Experience in the education industry preferred.
  • Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing recruiting teams in a fast-paced staffing or talent acquisition environment.
  • Demonstrated success driving team performance, accountability, and recruiting results against established metrics, production goals, and service standards.
  • Strong experience training and mentoring recruiters on sourcing strategies, candidate engagement, interviewing techniques, compliance standards, and recruitment best practices.
  • Ability to monitor recruiter performance, provide ongoing coaching and feedback, and implement development, retraining, or corrective action plans when necessary.
  • Proven ability to build strong partnerships with internal business leaders to understand hiring priorities, workforce planning needs, and organizational growth objectives.
  • Strong strategic recruiting and business development skills, including the ability to develop sourcing strategies and expand candidate pipelines through networking, social media, referrals, events, and other recruiting channels.
  • Ability to analyze recruiting metrics, sourcing effectiveness, and operational trends to identify opportunities for process improvement and increased team performance.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities, adapt to changing business demands, and maintain high productivity.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate candidate records, reporting, and recruiting documentation.
  • Proficient in interviewing, talent assessment, and candidate relationship management.
  • Ability to work independently while fostering a collaborative, team-oriented recruiting culture.



Education:


High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in business, education or other similar discipline preferred or any equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.

Company equipment(laptop, monitor, keyboard, mouse headset) will be provided directly to you for use during employment.
