Description
Temple University's Office of the Provost is searching for a Director of Administration! Position Summary: Working in a fast-paced environment, the Director manages complex administrative responsibilities, prioritizes issues directed to the Provost, and exercises sound judgment and discretion when handling sensitive information. The position works closely with the Provost's leadership team to ensure the Provost's schedule aligns with institutional priorities and oversees the preparation, tracking, and coordination of briefing materials for meetings, events, and public engagements. The Director also supervises the office's administrative support team and manages operational activities, including scheduling, travel coordination, correspondence, and speaking engagements. Additionally, the role supports the Provost's participation in major university events such as commencement, convocation, and other academic ceremonies. Other related duties may be assigned as needed. * Must be available nights and weekends when needed.
