JOB DESCRIPTION:

SUMMARY OF POSITION

The Supportive Employment (SE) Team Lead is responsible for spearheading the development, launch, and ongoing implementation of the Supported Employment program. This position provides program oversight, coordination, and leadership, ensuring fidelity to evidencebased employment practices. The Team Lead oversees team operations, facilitates interdisciplinary collaboration, supports community partnership development, ensures compliance with funding and regulatory guidelines, and works closely with other clinical and administrative leaders within Centerstone. This position operates under the supervision of CCBHC leadership and supports Centerstone's Mission, Vision, and Values in delivering care that changes people's lives.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provides overall leadership for the Supported Employment program, overseeing development, implementation, quality improvement, and longterm sustainability.
  • Serves as the primary program lead and subjectmatter expert, ensuring fidelity to evidencebased Supported Employment practices, including personcentered planning and rapid job search.
  • Develops, implements, and maintains program workflows, referral processes, and service delivery protocols in coordination with clinical and administrative teams.
  • Oversees the development and ongoing operation of Reco Cafe, an onsite, recoverybased cafe providing employment opportunities for clients, ensuring safe, compliant operations, appropriate supervision, and integration with Supported Employment services.
  • Builds and sustains strategic community partnerships with employers, vocational rehabilitation, education systems, and workforce development entities.
  • Oversees referral screening and service coordination to ensure timely, appropriate employment supports, benefits counseling, and ongoing followup.
  • Provides direct supervision, onboarding, training, and ongoing coaching to Supported Employment staff to support competency development and performance excellence.
  • Ensures accurate, timely, and compliant documentation and reporting in accordance with regulatory, funding, and organizational requirements.
  • Monitors program performance and service fidelity; analyzes outcome data, addresses barriers, and recommends improvements or service expansion.
  • Represents the Supported Employment program in internal and external meetings, community forums, and collaborative initiatives, and responds effectively to crisis situations when clinically indicated.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

  • Knowledge of applicable regulatory guidelines and codes, agency policies and procedures, and federal and state laws pertaining to position
  • Strong written and oral communication
  • Strong skills in using various electronic platforms, including Microsoft products and Electronic Health Records
  • Establishing and maintaining interpersonal relationships with clients and staff
  • Ability to identify and prioritize job tasks

QUALIFICATIONS

Education Level

  • Bachelor's in any social services field plus 3 years of clinical experience in a Community Mental Health Center (CMHC) or a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic/Organization (CCBHC) required
  • Master's Degree in a social service, mental health, or related field preferred

Years of Experience

  • Three years of employment services, vocational rehabilitation, behavioral health services, or related program experience preferred.
  • Experience with employment programs, IPS model, workforce development, or community-based services preferred.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.

$46,000.00--$64,470.00
