This role is purposebuilt for a seasoned nurse leader who brings depth of experience, confidence partnering with physicians, and the ability to lead teams through competing priorities while sustaining quality, access, and accreditation readiness. The Role As Nurse Manager, you will provide formal nursing leadershipacross multiple ambulatory specialty clinics, including Infectious Disease and Pulmonary services. These clinics care for patients with conditions ranging from common diagnoses to highly complex, chronic, and immunocompromised populations, requiring thoughtful coordination, operational discipline, and strong interdisciplinary relationships. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing from accredited nursing program, Master's degree in related field within 5 years of hire. Experience: 3 years of progressively more responsible experience as a registered nurse in a patient care environment required. Licensure: License to Practice as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Virginia required. American Heart Association (AHA) Health Care Provider BLS certification required. Valid Virginia Driver's license required for managers with responsibility operations in multiple locations. Must have applicable specialty certification at hire or within 3 years. PHYSICAL DEMANDS This is primarily a sedentary job involving extensive use of desktop computers. The job does occasionally require traveling some distance to attend meetings, and programs. The starting base rate for this role is $104,062.40 annually.
