Responsibilities: Job Summary The Analyst strengthens enterprise portfolio decision making and EPMO effectiveness through advanced analytics, insight generation, and modernization enablement across the intake to delivery lifecycle. This role serves as a department wide intelligence and optimization function, translating incomplete strategy and complex requests into structured, decision ready inputs. The Analyst owns portfolio insights, resource and capacity analytics, KPI development, data quality standards, and automation initiatives that reduce manual effort and improve the quality and speed of governance decisions. Education Bachelor's degree required in analytics, business, information systems, project management, or a related discipline - Required Advanced coursework or concentration in analytics, data, or systems thinking - Preferred Experience 4 years of experience in portfolio analytics, PMO analysis, enterprise reporting, business intelligence, or similar analytical roles - Required Experience operating independently in enterprise or healthcare environments - Preferred Experience working alongside project managers, governance forums, or strategic planning functions - Preferred Experience with ServiceNow, Microsoft Teams, and MS Project - Preferred License and Certifications Analytics or data focused certifications (e.g., Power BI, data analytics, reporting platforms) - Preferred CAPM, PMI ACP, PSM, or similar project/process certifications - Preferred We're all in for your career. | |
