In this role, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication. Pay Rate: $48.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a financial institution location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including documenting observations and communicating with local law enforcement and/or site contacts when needed.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the facility, access points, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials and/or visitor access as required, and report suspicious behavior, security-related concerns, and policy violations in accordance with site procedures.
• Support cash handling and other sensitive operational areas by maintaining a visible presence, following post orders, and completing required reports related to incidents, patrol activity, and daily operations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 2 years of law enforcement, military police, and/or corrections experience.
• Possess an armed guard card and/or license.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• The ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
