Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in Operations and/or Financial Services industry. Demonstrate ability to partner across product groups, regions and functional responsibilities. Be a strategic thinker, possesses strong facilitation and data gathering skills. Attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines under pressure and to provide practical solutions. Possess experience in risk management concepts and processes. Risk & Controls: Built tools and dashboards to monitor exposures, limits, and portfolio risk, ensuring compliance. Cross-Team Collaboration: Coordinated with trading, risk, and operations teams to streamline workflows and resolve issues. Client & Operational Focus: Managed accounts with attention to detail, supporting transactions and accurate reporting. Analytical Skills: Strong quantitative background with Excel, Bloomberg, Python, and Tableau; CFA-achieved.
