Mustmaintain100% commitment to safety policies and procedures Help create a safety culture and actively engage the workforce in projects that will help reach our journey to zero incidents Set up welding machines based on the job at hand or using a Welding Procedure Specification Read and interpret blueprints and/or drawings todeterminethe specific welding requirements TIG weld steel and stainless-steel components based on the specifications of the blueprints and/or drawings Ensure work is done safely and meets quality standards Follow,createand helpmaintainWelding Procedure Specifications Set up welding cells for serial production runs Operate machinery used in the production process, orassistmachine operators Keep work areas clean and organized and take proper care of all equipment and facilities Provide a great level of attention to detail and focus on the given task Follow all safety rules and quality standards Work with team members to maximize productivity and efficiency Perform other duties as trained and qualified for

Minimum Qualifications
Must be 18 years of age or older High school diploma/GED and completion of a craft apprenticeship, or an equivalent number of years of education and production maintenance experience One year of TIG welding experience Mustbe able to passTIGwelding test within six weeks Requiresthe abilityto organize and prioritize workload and be able to interact effectively with all types of people in a dynamic and fast-paced environment Must have a mechanical aptitude and the ability to learn about how our products are produced on equipment Reliable transportation isa must Ability to work nights and weekends, asrequired Ability to work overtime, asrequired Background checks and drug screening may berequired(by Company, Customer or DOT requirements in working on-site and operating equipment asrequiredorpermittedby law)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in an industrial setting 2+ years of manufacturing experience Solid background working with metal Knowledge of tooling and tool maintenance Proven measurement and mathematical fraction/decimal conversion skills Ability to distinguish material types including Aluminum, Steel, Stainless Steel, Copper, and Brass
