Location: Remote - USA or Canada

Reports to: Product Director, Automotive - Research & Insights Product Portfolio

The Role:

JD Power is seeking a Product Manager to define and drive automotive product strategy, vision, and roadmap by translating customer insights, market research, and business objectives into highimpact initiatives. This role partners closely with leadership and crossfunctional teams to prioritize investments, guide delivery, and ensure measurable outcomes.

This role is ideal for a product leader who combines strong product management fundamentals with automotive domain expertise and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The Product Manager will define and own the automotive retail syndicated product vision, strategy, and roadmap.

What You'll Be Doing in This Role:

  • Define and own the automotive retail product vision, strategy, and roadmap, translating customer and business needs into highimpact initiatives across North America and Europe
  • Partner with leadership and crossfunctional teams to align product strategy, priorities, and delivery with business goals
  • Champion customer needs by synthesizing qualitative feedback, market research, and quantitative usage data to guide product direction and investment decisions
  • Set success metrics and define measurable product outcomes; monitor performance and market signals to identify risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement
  • Own prioritization and tradeoff decisions, providing strategic guidance throughout planning, execution, and delivery to maximize value and ensure quality outcomes

Qualifications of this Role:

  • 7+ years of experience in product management or closely related roles, with demonstrated ownership of product strategy, roadmap development, and crossfunctional delivery
  • Experience with syndicated research products across North America and Europe
  • Proven ability to leverage market research, business intelligence, analytics, and customer insights to drive automotive product decisions across North America and Europe
  • Experience partnering closely with clientfacing teams (e.g., P&L Leaders, Sales, Customer Success, Support) to translate stakeholder needs into scalable product solutions
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with a high standard for data quality and the ability to clearly articulate product vision, strategy, and tradeoffs to diverse audiences
  • Experience in automotive, mobility, or analyticsdriven product environments preferred, including support for manufacturers, dealers, or suppliers

This position has a starting salary range of $90K - $110K CAD / $100K - $120K USD per year. This is the range we reasonably and in good faith expect to pay for the role at the time of posting. An employee's pay within the range is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, education, qualifications, experience, performance, business or organizational needs, and geographic location.
