PurposeThe Program Coordinator leads Texas Parents digital engagement and operational functions, including managing CampusESP content, communications, data analysis, and training in collaboration with campus and Dean of Students partners. This role also oversees departmental operations such as event logistics, purchasing and accounting, records management, and the supervision and training of student employees. Responsibilities
Bachelors degree and one year of applicable experience, or High School graduation or GED and five years of clerical experience Experience performing complex administration function Demonstrated accuracy, ability to pay great attention to details, organization skills, and an ability to learn quickly Excellent interpersonal skills Demonstrated ability to build relationships, work collaboratively with others, and contribute constructively to a team environment Demonstrated self-starter with an ability to work independently Demonstrated ability to create, build, and manage a range of digital content Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficient in using the Microsoft suite of applications Relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate. Preferred QualificationsBachelors degree. Direct experience performing tasks similar to the essential functions of the position. Prior UT Austin work experience, knowledge of UT Austins policies and procedures, and UT history and traditions. Knowledge of student resources, programs, organizations, and activities at UT Austin. Experience using AI, Adobe, DocuSign, Quicken or Quickbooks, FilemakerPro or other database platforms, the Universitys VIP and DEFINE systems. Proficiency with mass communication and marketing tools. Direct experience with SharePoint and/or UT Box and Drupal. Driving RequiredThis job requires a class "C" operator's driver's license. The applicant selected must provide a current three year driving record from the current state of residence. If not currently a Texas resident, a Texas driver's license must be obtained within 30 days of becoming a Texas resident. Employees who are required to have a CDL are subject to drug and alcohol testing (pre-employment, post-accident, reasonable suspicion, random, return-to-duty, and follow-up drug and alcohol testing).
