Licensed Insurance Sales Representative Schedule: Training: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM (first 4 weeks) PostTraining Schedule: Assigned shift (most commonly 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM) Work Environment: On-site during training We're hiring a Licensed Insurance Sales Representative to support inbound sales for business insurance products. This role is ideal for candidates who thrive in a fastpaced, highvolume sales environment and are motivated to help small business owners secure the coverage they need. What You'll Do * Respond promptly to inbound leads from customers actively seeking business insurance coverage * Provide accurate quotes and guide customers through available policy options * Educate customers on coverage details while ensuring compliance and clarity * Close sales and consistently meet or exceed performance targets * Maintain exceptional customer service throughout the sales process * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and policy issuance Qualifications * Active insurance license required * Property & Casualty preferred * Life & Health license will be considered * Previous experience in insurance sales or a strong customer service/sales experience * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to succeed in a highvolume, inbound sales environment * Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail * Comfortable working across systems and documenting customer interactions accurately Training & Schedule Details * Training: 4 weeks Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM * PostTraining: Candidates transition to the shift they were hired for, most commonly 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM #eastpriority26 Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pittston, PA.
