Responsibilities The Group facilitator is a member of the Recreation Therapy department and will provide structured group activities to child and adolescents on the inpatient units in a manner that is client centered and interactive. Groups are designed and structured to promote learning of new coping skills, appropriate social interactions, and physical activities. The Groups Facilitator collaborates and communicates with treatment team members regarding patient treatment, progress and/or concerns. Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Qualifications
Compensation for this role ranges from $18-23 per hour, depending on education and experience. We are committed to providing competitive and equitable compensation. An individual's pay rate within the posted range is determined by several factors, including skills, experience, education, and market conditions.
