Why We Need You

We're looking for a Credit Manager to lead and strengthen our credit operations while supporting smart, responsible business growth. In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating credit risk, setting and enforcing credit policies, and ensuring the health of our accounts receivable portfolio. You'll play a critical role in protecting the company from unnecessary financial exposure while partnering with the business to enable productive customer relationships. If you thrive at the intersection of analysis, judgment, and collaboration-and believe in doing the right thing, always-this role is for you.

Who You'll Be Working With

You'll report to the Assistant Treasurer and work closely with crossfunctional partners across Finance, Customer Service, IT, Sales, and external business partners. This role requires frequent interaction with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, making communication and collaboration essential. You'll also serve as a key liaison between business teams and systems teams, helping ensure credit processes, data, and tools support operational and strategic goals.

Who You Are

You're a thoughtful, solutionsoriented professional who balances firmness with fairness when managing credit risk. You're comfortable making decisions, explaining them clearly, and standing by them-while remaining open to dialogue and better ways of working. You bring a strong sense of integrity to your work, handle confidential information with care, and take pride in delivering highquality results. You're curious about how systems and processes connect endtoend, enjoy solving complex problems, and look for opportunities to continuously improve how work gets done.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and approve creditworthiness of new and existing customers, including setting appropriate credit limits
  • Manage collections activity for pastdue accounts, including negotiation of repayment terms
  • Develop, implement, and enforce credit policies, scoring models, and exposure limits
  • Monitor credit portfolios, assess risk exposure, and recommend bad debt reserves
  • Serve as business owner for creditrelated systems, supporting enhancements, controls, and training

What You Bring

You bring a strong foundation in credit operations along with the technical and analytical skills needed to manage risk effectively and consistently. You're comfortable working with financial data, systems, and documentation-and you bring structure and discipline to your work.

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of experience in credit operations, including credit analysis and collections
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Experience working with ERP systems and credit/accounts receivable modules
  • Proven ability to manage credit portfolios, monitor exposure, and minimize bad debt

Preferred

  • Experience developing credit policies, driving process improvements, or working with SQL or relational databases.
