Genesis10 is currently seeking a Technical Product/Program Manager with Healthcare experience for a 12+ month contract position with a Healthcare Company located in Eagan, MN. Must be able to go on site 2-3 days a week. This role could convert to perm after 12 months of consulting.

Pay range: $87-92 per hour w-2

This role requires a candidate who can think and operate like a Product Manager, able to collaborate closely with technology teams to shape solutions, frame problems clearly, and move work forward through partnership. The position focuses on streamlining how work flows between business capability-focused portfolio teams and cross-functional technology enablement teams. This includes driving and educating on standards to ensure consistent ways of working and a cohesive experience across all teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with technology teams to shape solutions and frame problems clearly before prescribing solutions
  • Stay hands-on to unblock work while maintaining a strategic view to anticipate risks and potential delivery collisions
  • Streamline work flows between business-focused Portfolio teams and technology enablement teams
  • Drive and educate on standards to ensure consistent ways of working

Requirements:

  • 7-10+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Product Management, or Engineering Project Management
  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale, production-grade software initiatives in high-growth or regulated industries (healthcare, fintech, education, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities, evolving scopes, and tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across technical and non-technical teams
  • Experience partnering with engineering and product leadership to align goals and execution
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), modern development tools, and ideally Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
  • Passion for operational excellence, team culture, and building technologies that improve lives
  • Experience with interoperability standards (FHIR, HL7), EHR integrations, or compliance frameworks (HIPAA, SOC 2, FDA)
  • Strong familiarity with payer ecosystem dynamics, including benefit design, risk adjustment, value-based care models, and payer data flows
  • Direct involvement in payer-specific processes, such as claims processing, eligibility, benefits configuration, provider networks, or member services
  • Experience with payer-specific technologies and standards (EDI: 837, 834, 835; HL7/FHIR) and common platforms (Facets, QNXT, or custom-built solutions)
  • Familiarity with healthcare technologies, mobile platforms, or AI/ML-driven solutions
