Job Description We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Business Analyst at UL Standards & Engagement. This is a hybrid opportunity based in Washington, DC OR Raleigh-Durham, NC. The Senior Business Analyst will support strategic implementation, priority initiatives and continual improvement efforts across the Standards Development portfolio to advance the mission of UL Standards & Engagement (ULSE) and Standards Development to make the world safer, more secure, and sustainable. Leveraging advanced project management experience and strong collaboration skills, the Senior Business Analyst will support strategy execution, resource planning, process improvement and project delivery to strengthen operational effectiveness and advance organization. The Senior Business Analyst will drive rigorous planning and coordination across projects, monitor progress against goals and milestones, inform resource planning efforts, and ensure that priority projects remain on track. As a trusted partner to leadership and internal teams, the Senior Business Analyst will help define business needs, assess current processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive execution of projects that enhance the efficiency, effectiveness and impact of the Standards Development portfolio.
