Responsible for efficiently checking patients in and delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced, high-volume eye clinic environment. This role supports three clinical specialties, each seeing approximately 75-150 patients per day, requiring strong multitasking skills and a consistently positive, patient-first attitude. Key responsibilities include: * Welcoming and checking in patients with professionalism and empathy * Providing exceptional customer service while managing high patient volumes * Answering incoming clinic calls and responding to patient inquiries * Scheduling and confirming appointments accurately * Assisting patients with navigating self-service check-in kiosks * Ensuring patient information is entered and updated correctly in Epic * Collaborating with clinical staff to maintain smooth clinic flow #CentralPriority26 Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of St Paul, MN.
