Responsible for efficiently checking patients in and delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced, high-volume eye clinic environment. This role supports *three clinical specialties*, each seeing approximately *75-150 patients per day*, requiring strong multitasking skills and a consistently positive, patient-first attitude.
Key responsibilities include: * Welcoming and checking in patients with professionalism and empathy * Providing exceptional customer service while managing high patient volumes * Answering incoming clinic calls and responding to patient inquiries * Scheduling and confirming appointments accurately * Assisting patients with navigating self-service check-in kiosks * Ensuring patient information is entered and updated correctly in *Epic* * *Collaborating with clinical staff to maintain smooth clinic flow* *#CentralPriority26* *Job Type & Location*This is a Contract position based out of St Paul, MN. *Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $25.16 - $25.16/hr.
