Catalog Operations Specialist (ContracttoHire) Remote \| Customer Support \| 6Month Contract Are you someone who enjoys solving problems, working with data, and keeping systems running smoothly? We're looking for a Catalog Operations Specialist to support active merchants by resolving catalog issues and improving overall accuracy across a grocery platform. What You'll Do * Resolve endtoend catalog issues for active merchants, including pricing discrepancies, missing or incorrect items, compliance concerns, and launch blockers. * Triage and resolve highimpact issues in real time to minimize disruption to merchant operations and customer experience. * Collaborate crossfunctionally with Catalog, Engineering, and other partner teams to drive fixes and identify root causes to prevent recurring issues. * Build expertise in grocery taxonomy, catalog systems, and operational workflows to help scale solutions and improve catalog accuracy. * Own issues from intake through resolution, ensuring clear communication and timely followthrough. What We're Looking For * A selfsufficient, motivated individual who thrives as an independent contributor in a remote environment. * Strong proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel, especially with formulas and large datasets. * A projectoriented mindset with the ability to manage tasks from start to finish. * Strong collaboration and communication skills with crossfunctional teams. * Ability to prioritize work effectively while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
