Aquent is hiring a MarTech Project Manager for a leading beauty client. This is a full-time, 6-month contract with the possibility to extend.

This role will support a MarTech team focused on improving marketing workflows through AI, technology, and scalable process improvements. The team partners across marketing, brand, creative, media, tech, and vendor groups to evaluate, pilot, and scale tools that support campaign execution and marketing delivery.

This is a great fit for someone who is highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable keeping multiple workstreams moving at once. You will support roadmap tracking, meeting coordination, action items, documentation, support request triage, and stakeholder follow-up across business, technical, and vendor-facing initiatives.


Key Responsibilities

Roadmap & Project Operations (30%)



  • Support ongoing roadmap initiatives, enhancements, and priority projects
  • Maintain project trackers, timelines, action logs, and status reporting
  • Coordinate follow-ups across business, Tech, and external partners
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and required decisions; escalate as needed


Cross-Functional Coordination (20%)



  • Drive day-to-day coordination across MarTech tool workstreams
  • Support recurring meetings (agenda creation, notes, action tracking)
  • Ensure alignment and forward momentum across Marketing & Creative Technology, Brand Investment, Tech, and vendor partners


Operational Support & Issue Management (15%)



  • Triage incoming questions and support requests across tools and workflows
  • Track issues through resolution in partnership with Tech and vendors
  • Maintain visibility into recurring issues and identify process improvement opportunities


Media Team & Administrative Support (35%)



  • Support Media team initiatives and project setup activities
  • Organize shared folders, documentation, and file handoffs
  • Coordinate cross-functional meetings and maintain team trackers
  • Provide general operational support to keep workstreams organized and progressing


Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience supporting cross-functional roadmap initiatives, process improvements, or technology projects
  • Proven ability to manage timelines, follow-ups, risks, and stakeholder coordination in a fast-paced environment
  • 1-2 years of experience working with Marketing teams, technical partners, and/or external vendors
  • Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) or equivalent experience

  • Working knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams
  • Comfortable partnering with technical teams and external vendors
  • Clear written and verbal communication; able to produce meeting notes, status updates, and stakeholder materials
  • High attention to detail with strong follow-through and ownership
  • Ability to operate in fast-paced environments with evolving priorities
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with sound judgment on escalation vs. independent action
