Are you a strategic marketing professional passionate about optimizing the customer journey and driving tangible business growth? Aquent is seeking a visionary marketing leader to make a significant impact on our client's B2B operations. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in transforming how leads are managed, nurtured, and converted, directly influencing sales success and elevating the prospect experience. Your expertise will not only refine existing processes but also pioneer new strategies that empower sales teams and ensure our client remains a leader in client acquisition and engagement.

**What You'll Do:**

You will be at the heart of developing and executing lead management strategies across B2B lines of business, continually evolving processes to provide higher quality leads to sales teams. Your work will involve deeply understanding the prospect experience to leverage marketing activities that guide customers through their shopping journey, ultimately contributing to significant business growth.

* Develop and execute a comprehensive lead management strategy across B2B lines of business, continually seeking opportunities for evolution and expansion.

* Gain an expansive understanding of the buyer journey, from initial suspect to loyal client, including cross-sell opportunities, and identify how marketing efforts can enhance each stage.

* Design and implement insightful measurements and dashboards to track progress, pinpoint areas for improvement, and proactively identify potential issues.

* Leverage data analytics to understand the prospect experience throughout the lifecycle, identifying key behaviors that indicate a high-quality, conversion-ready lead.

* Lead functional enhancements, including the development of new lead forms and advanced scoring models to optimize lead qualification.

* Facilitate productive discussions with marketing and sales teams to identify and implement process improvements.

* Build strong, trusted relationships with cross-functional partners to drive the evolution of lead management and marketing funnel analytics.

* Act as a subject matter expert, advocating for best practices in lead capture, nurture marketing, scoring, and reporting.

* Communicate vision, progress, and results effectively to business partners across the firm, fostering strong relationships between marketing and sales.

* Identify and share beneficial practices across different business units to maximize efficiency and impact.

* Strategically identify opportunities for marketing automation and nurture activities to enhance the prospect experience and deliver higher quality leads.

* Define and develop improved pipeline reporting key performance indicators and analytics for B2B business lines.

* Maintain and optimize lead scoring, routing, and lead lifecycle functionality within marketing automation platforms.

* Cultivate deep relationships and discussions to ensure seamless sales and marketing alignment.

* Equip sales and marketing partners with the necessary tools and training to effectively manage and utilize leads.

* Develop long-term strategies for lead scoring improvements, including evaluating third-party software and determining criteria for lead propensity.

**Required Qualifications:**

* Minimum of 5 years of experience in a marketing role or within a marketing organization.

* Proven experience collaborating effectively with cross-functional partners.

* Demonstrated experience utilizing a leading Marketing Automation system.

* Proficiency with data visualization, reporting, and analytics platforms.

* Experience with a leading Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

* Exceptional ability to facilitate discussions, ask probing questions, understand diverse perspectives, and drive consensus.

* Skilled in conveying complex business insights visually and communicating them clearly to non-technical audiences.

* A strong listener, capable of understanding partner needs and providing robust recommendations for measurement and data integrity.

* Ability to centralize and promote reports and dashboards to ensure broad awareness and usage.

* Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to concisely convey ideas and influence understanding.

* A quick learner, adept at rapidly grasping complex business processes and organizational structures.

* In-depth knowledge of the buyer journey, lead lifecycle processes, personas, and effective marketing strategies for targeting and nurturing specific personas to enhance business development.

* A strategic thinker capable of both high-level strategy development and meticulous day-to-day execution.

* Collaborative, solutions-oriented, and a proactive problem solver.

* Ability to synthesize data to understand the underlying human experience.

* Results-driven, highly motivated self-starter who operates with integrity and thrives in a respectful environment.

* Process-oriented with an incredible attention to detail.

* Bachelor's degree required.
