*Bilingual Performing Loan Consultant (English/Spanish)*
*Location:* Tempe, AZ (Onsite - 5 days per week) *Pay:* $21.00/hour *Work Environment:* Fastpaced, onsite call center environment with three computer screens per workstation. Agents support homeowners through a blended inbound and outbound call model. Strict attendance policy applies. *Schedule:* Training (Weeks 1-2): Day 1: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM; Day 2 onward: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM. Nesting/Production (Weeks 3-4 and ongoing): 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM. Breaks every 2 hours plus a 30-60 minute lunch. Average agents earn approximately $1,500/month in bonuses, with top performers earning up to $2,500/month.* *About the Role:* The Bilingual Performing Loan Consultant provides highquality customer service to homeowners through inbound and outbound calls in a blended call center environment. This role focuses on earlystage delinquency outreach, mortgage servicing support, payment processing, and developing customized payment solutions to help customers bring their loans current. This position is a strong entry point into the mortgage industry with longterm growth and internal mobility opportunities. *Key Responsibilities:* Handle inbound customer service calls related to mortgage servicing, escrow, and payoffs; make outbound calls to homeowners who are past due on their mortgage; identify delinquency reasons and establish customized payment plans; process mortgage payments and accurately document all interactions; refer eligible customers to refinancing opportunities; meet performance metrics including quality, AHT, adherence, and FCR; maintain compliance with company policies and industry regulations; represent the company professionally at all times. *Required Skills & Experience:* High school diploma or equivalent required; fluent in English and Spanish; strong customer service and phone communication skills; ability to work in a fastpaced call center environment; basic technical proficiency (Windowsbased systems, MS Office, multiple applications); excellent attention to detail and documentation skills; reliable attendance and punctuality. *Top Skills - Must Haves:* Bilingual (English/Spanish); call center or phonebased customer service experience; ability to multitask and document accurately while on calls; comfort navigating computer systems and applications. *Nice to Have Skills:* Collections or mortgage servicing experience; financial services background; sales experience. *Job Type & Location:* This is a ContracttoHire position located in Tempe, Arizona. *Job Type & Location*This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tempe, AZ. *Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
