How you make a difference in this role: The best candidate will demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments at any given time. Project management, knowledge of grant lifecycle management, experience with Budget management, financial tracking, and performance reporting. Job Overview: This role ensures compliance with funding agreements, manages the full grants lifecycle from application and award to reporting and closeout also serves as a liaison to Local Workforce Development Areas (LWDAs) and other partners. The manager also provides technical assistance, oversees procurement processes, and supports strategic financial operations to maximize the impact and integrity of all grant-funded activities. Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop and manage the annual grants budget in alignment with state and federal funding allocations. 2. Assist with coordinating the distribution of funds across programs to ensure efficiency, equity, and compliance. 3. Monitor budget performance, analyze expenditures, and provide regular financial updates to leadership. 4. Administer all state and federal grant agreements, ensuring adherence to fiscal and programmatic requirements. 5. Maintain accurate records of obligations, disbursements, and expenditures for all grant-funded projects. 6. Serve as the primary liaison to Local Workforce Development Areas (LWDAs) on grant management, reporting, and fiscal matters. Minimum Qualifications:
