How you make a difference in this role: The best candidate will demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments at any given time, ability to work effectively with minimal supervision, working knowledge of Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and Word. Job Overview: The Quality Assurance Director is responsible for ensuring the integrity, compliance, and overall quality of all Registered Apprenticeship and Certified Pre-Apprenticeship Programs. This leadership role oversees statewide compliance efforts, establishes standards, and drives continuous improvement across programs to ensure alignment with federal and state regulations, including equal opportunity requirements. Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop, implement, and enforce policies to ensure all Registered Apprenticeship and Certified Pre-Apprenticeship Programs comply with federal and state regulations. 2. Lead state-level audits and assessments of apprenticeship programs to ensure compliance and quality. 3. Maintain accurate documentation and compliance records in accordance with federal and state audit requirements. 4. Conduct investigations into program deficiencies, non-compliance issues, or apprentice complaints. 5. Develop and oversee corrective action plans as necessary. 6. Develop and implement continuous improvement strategies to raise program quality and effectiveness. 7. Requires up to 65% travel, including regular overnight stays. Minimum Qualifications:
